At Fan Edition, every keychain is individually manufactured and printed against each order — not mass-produced or ready-made. Your design, name, and details are custom printed exclusively for you.
We take pride in delivering premium-quality prints and durable materials made with care.
Since each product is personalized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect information provided, or personalization errors made by the customer.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design, wrong name, or print mismatch).
There is a printing error or manufacturing defect caused by us.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photo or video proof clearly showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom printed keychains where the design and personalization match the confirmed order.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Minor color variations that may occur due to lighting, screen display, or printing tolerances.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and verify your claim:

You’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll reprint and dispatch the corrected product at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

Each order goes into production shortly after being placed.
Therefore, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
Once production begins, cancellations or design modifications will not be possible.
