1. Order Processing Time

All custom orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Our delivery times depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Other Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable and well-known courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking information will be shared as soon as your package is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

We’re happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden charges, and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to such reasons, reshipping charges will apply.
